My husband took this video today of the goat herd coming down from the big pasture. Who is that leading the way? Why, Peeps the lap goat of course!

where's the food? what do ya want?
Wow, that's a lotta goats! I'm wondering how tall your husband is, because the Nubians I met at the farm where Miss Chef works seemed a LOT bigger to me!
awww! I love how their little tails wag :-)
Great video! I love how they all stop and mill around like, "What do we do now?"
Where's the grain? Where's the grain? Where's the grain?
Heh heh
When I saw one of them step to the left (a nubian?), and then they all starting slowing down in that exact spot, I thought, "Uh-huh, typical goats." So aware of each other's body language. :)
This is so much fun. I wish my kids were this trained. LOL

STAMPEDE!!!!
I had a similar experience when I was visiting my sister in Dallas and we wandered by Fran's house every day on our walks. Fran keeps sheep and they would come barreling down the way to get their daily bread donations.
Sooo sweet!!
Love it!! Mine were running like that everytime they heard the back door open this morning!! I was late and trying to get something done before doing chores and they were letting me know they did NOT like being put on the back burner!
Pretty Goats!!!
I love this! Look at them. They look like they are saying "What? You called us and we ran all the way over here. Now what's going on? Where's the food?"
GOATS..., don't you just love 'em?
Love this video. I've watched it three times and once with my daughter. We miss our goats. Thanks for letting us visit with yours.
Wow! I didn't realize how big your goat herd was.
That's hilarious! The other commenters have already said what I would have - so many goats, and so definitely looking for the food! Or, in Peeps' case, where's the lap?
Gotta go back and watch it again.

Food? Did somebody say grain?!
Ahmmm!! I think Peeps has taken over!!! They are so adorable, I know that's not something we normally attribute to goats but I do and yours are!!!
Very nice looking goat herd! Doesn't it give you a thrill to see them running toward you with happiness and anticipation?
I live in a small 3 goat herd but we still run at "Da Boy" when he has the feed bucket.
You gave me joy...I love watching goats!
